Terms of Service
The artist- all arts may or will include my sign;- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork at all stages of the work process and I have the right to use the artwork
(post it on social media and my portfolio/ use it as a commission sample/etc.);- I will not claim the IP of a commissioned artwork;- I retain all commercial rights to the artwork;- Prices are subject to change based on demand;- I have the right to decline commission for any reason;- I only draw in my art style.
The customer- May not remove the artist’s sign;- May not use the commissioned artwork for the commercial purposes (not subject to be discussed);- Have to credit/tag me (the artist) if posting the commissioned artwork online;- May not use the commissioned artwork to promote themselves, for AI or NFT;- May not make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints for selling, etc.) or altering it;- You retain the rights to the IP.
Process and delivery- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1–4 weeks;- Once the piece is finished you will receive 2 files: the full - resolution image among with a web-friendly size;- All progress updates will be sent in the JPG or PNG format.
Revisions- Free up to 2 rounds of changes except the final stage;
For additional revision round will be charged at 10% of the final cost;- A fee will be added if you want something changed at the final drawing stage;- If you want me to change something in the artwork you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.
The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

Payment and refund policy
- Payment via Hipolink (PAYPAL, card)

- Do not send me the payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment;- Full upfront payment for “character art”;- 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval for ”one character collage”, "one rendered character".
Refund/cancellation policy
- before refund or cancellation please email me first;- No refunds once I started working on the commission;- You will receive a full refund if I am unable to start or finish your commission for any reason;- If you cancel your order BEFORE I STARTED it, you can get a full refund, but in the case of an order the “ one character collage” type the 50% upfront payment will not be refunded;- Full refund or 50% of the commission price is the resulting amount I received after deduction of the transaction fee;- The kill fee for canceling the commission AFTER WORK HAS BEGUN is 40% of the commission price. The client then receives the work as is;- All refunds are only made via Hipolink, so do not request a Paypal chargeback and make sure you get acquainted with ToS.
- Hipolink is a multilink service similar to Carrd or Linktree; it specifically has been created to provide an opportunity of working with clients all over the world.- This website supports English language;- Payment is available in USD!- For the payment you can use PayPal or card.
After registration (you can just use your gmail), open my Hipolink page (you can find it on my socials list). There you'll find the "Commission" block for the payment. Click the "Pay" button for the next step.
You'll be taken to the "Private content" link consisting of a preview image of your commission art,a payment block and an attached PNG document; so after that it's all intuitively clear and doesn't need further explanation.
